The Polonia Soccer Club is located across the street from Innovative Health and Fitness on the west side of Loomis Road.  Because we're a new church and we don't yet have our own facilities, we meet in the clubhouse which sits back off the road behind the Polonia soccer fields.  We have a sign on Loomis Road with our logo on it at the entrance.  There's a long driveway to get to the clubhouse.  Guests and visitors are invited to park in the lot closest to the clubhouse.  Map to Polonia Soccer Club
